After hearing the heartwrenching news that a friend, a beautiful young mother named Joy, was near death, I wrote this song.  Or perhaps I should say that it nearly wrote itself.  To those who knew Joy, the song has dual meaning.  It is comforting to know that we will see our loved ones again.  And, as the song states, "we will have joy, eternally."  Thank you Joy for your example of love and cheerfulness.
